*No exchange can be made on USED or DAMAGED merchandise.
*No exchange on EARRINGS or body piercing items.
*NO REFUND (no exceptions).

This is a lifetime warranty for gold or silver ONLY. This warranty does not include any damage to the jewelry or lost stones.
